Matching is (almost) everything!

In the Age of Data it is possible to screen the profiles of thousands of candidates within a short time period and assess how well they fit specific project requirements.

It is core to indicon's mission to only propose suitable candidates that are passionate about a specific client project. This requires us to evaluate a candidate's soft skills too.

In order to do so we are using a newly developed referral evaluation mechanism. Candidates are being asked to provide high-quality references from past colleagues / employers. Our algorithms automatically calculate a referral's trustworthiness. In case of a low trust score, candidates are being asked to undergo further tests in oder to be taken into account for project / job proposals.
